Chainikov Grigory (1960-2001)

Chainikov Grigory was born in 1960 in the village Grakhovo of Udmurt ASSR.In 1987 he was graduated from the Moscow State Surikov Art Institute. Since 1988 up to 1991 the artist has been studying in the creative workshops of the Art Academy of USSR of A.P. Tkachov and S.P. Tkachov. The central genres of his art are a landscape and a portrait. Since 1988 he has taken part in Russian, republican, Moscow art exhibitions and exhibition-sales of Russian paintings abroad.A participant of the auction 'Sotbi'. The traditions of the Great Russian realistic art school are the main themes in the creative activity of the artist. Pathetic spring landscapes, country interiors, affecting in its frankness, restraint in tone and simple in terms of a composition.The paintings of G. Chainikov are in the private collections in Russia and abroad: in France, Germany, USA, Japan, England, Belgium.
